We all know the last year has not been easy for businesses. With the onset of Covid-19, companies have been forced to adapt to an online world and continuously transform to meet the ever-increasing demands of business.

As a team ourselves, we came together in a series of virtual leadership “huddles” to share experiences, understand needs, and encourage and support one another.

For our clients, we quickly rallied to address their challenges by creating a series of Leading Virtually Guides that we distributed to our clients and made available on our website. We also offered pro bono virtual 1:1 and group coaching sessions. We focused on how to create structure, how to create safety and connection and how to create possibility for leaders and teams.

We know it is important to help leaders and their teams get grounded and set up in a new virtual environment, so they are focused, organized and well equipped. Newly, leaders are faced with finding creative ways to stay connected with their people. We also know that people are experiencing many types of fears and anxiety – health, job loss, underperformance, caring for children and elderly, uncertainty of the future – and more.
